独自で電解研磨用の治具を設計製作し、部品の形状に最適な治具の設計を行うことで複数の穴を同時電解研磨できました。お客様の設計変更に随時対応し、面粗精度：Rz0.16μmを実現できました。
We designed and manufactured our own electro-polishing jig tailored to the part’s shape, allowing multiple holes to be electro-polished simultaneously. We also responded flexibly to customer design changes and achieved a surface roughness of Rz 0.16μm. |
